Missed yesterday and want to try and create a habit of writing in the blog.
Yesterday I ran the River Loop run, about 60 minutes. Decent run. Today I headed out on the bike. Forgot to take any nutrition with me, stupid. Heavy winds and got fried by mile 20. Kept going and put in about 2 hours but didn’t get very far. Slow ride day.
On one section I was going down hill, slightly, against the wind and was only pushing 16-17mph. Coming home on that same section, slight uphill with wind at my back I was cruising at 25mph. Crazy wind. Hope I’m not too fried as I need to put in a long ride tomorrow. Hopefully 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
