I always have the toughest time titling (sp?) my posts. I think I’ve over used Run Day or Bike Day. So for today, no title until I can get a little more clever with them.
It can be tough keeping up with this. As with the title, the posts can seem redundant. I need to get a little creative to make posting fun and informative. So, what to do. Some steps. Read and learn from others. BBB, Lisa, Amber, Kylie all seem to be able to write long interesting posts while you, reader, are probably already bored with this one and are tempted to click the back button. TTW puts together well written and inspirational posts, while TGD posts witty posts about himself and fellow triathlete Robo-Stu. Maybe I’ll start posting the Adventures of Tribro and BigMatt, a Ren and Stimpy/Odd Couple insight into the life of two poor brothers TRI’n to make ends meet. One pro, one middle to back of the pack, both heading to Canada Ironman. Sharing some insights into each of our days.
I also finally decided to get a new phone plan. I still use my cell phone and number from Norcal. Time to get a local number and upgrade my 7 year old/1 hour battery life Sprint phone. So, just purchased a T-Mobile plan and paid a little extra for a phone with camera. I’ve been wanting to take some candid shots when I ride and run as the scenery here is awesome. Hopefully the pic quality on the phone will be adequate for posting in the blog here.
Yesterday 40 minute run. Today overcast and rainy so I did a 60 minute run. Legs super heavy when I hit the trails. A few rollers and I was feeling Sunday’s ride. While tribro opted to switch my bike/run day again - mister fair weather trainer. BigMatt went out at 9 this morning to put in 70 miles before heading to work. I’m finishing work now 7ish and BigMatt got off work at 6-6:30 and headed to the pool.
Going to do some reading now and put away the computer…
The endurance life and blog of Tribro. My journey to a more endurance lifestyle and Ironman WI ‘07.

I like the idea of “Adventures of Tribro and BigMatt” and yes, pls. get pics of your workout locations. When I was through there a few years back heading out to Mt Hood I found the habitat very exciting. The wildlife and botanics are very nice in that part of Oregon.
