Endurable Me.

Pimpin the Bottle

Ok. Well not so much but there was a request to update the frozen beard pic and maybe make a post in my blog. :)

Time flies for sure. So, what have I been doing? Well working. As usual too much on some projects and not enough on others (i.e. the paying kind.) Been training here and there but nothing super consistent yet. Doing my runs regularly and getting back into the bike, a few swims but nothing to write about really.

This week was more consistent and I’m now gearing up for my program to get me to Ironman Wisconsin. Trying to keep things more laid back and fun with training this year. Had some set backs last year during my program. Mostly with consistency. I think due to too much of a regimented schedule and burning out. Really gonna focus on fun, and when not fun, take a break and do something fun. I need to remember this is an endurable/active lifestyle choice for me, not a numbers crunching, volume comparing, gear envy, keep up with the tri jones. I left that behind me.

So, what else. Still working on Trifuel. trying to develop other features but keep hitting road block with tying the registration into the current forums :( . Not sure what to do about that. Been at a stand still dealing with that. May end up just releasing a Trifuel2.com with a new registration and the new features, though that wouldn’t be ideal.

Also playing aroudn with other simple, but functional site ideas. Endurance Report and a coupel others I haven’t fully launched yet. But getting there.

So, lots fo time on computer over the winter months, but swapping for more outside time now that the warmer spring weather has arrived.

Couldn’t you have at least smiled? :P Did you at least take time to see the 300? Good luck with your training this spring. :)

I not as comfortable in front of camera as behind. I’ll work on the smile though ;)

I did see 300. Loved it. Very cool. Will add to my DVD collection when it comes out.

I haven’t seen it yet. I’m hoping to this weekend. I would like to see it on the big screen.

yea! my prodding worked… ;)

sounds like your training is about equal with mine. a little here, a little there. June is right around the corner though. Scary. PCT will be here before we know it! I like your philosophy about keeping it fun. That’s definitely an issue for me as well. Make it less of a chore and more of an adventure - that’s what I’ve been trying to do.

yeah, smiley pics from here on out!

Hey Bro, Been wondering what was up. Figured you’d been up to your eyebrows in Trifuel content. Personally I think Trifuel is excellent the way it is. Caught a little of the 70.3 Clearwater on the tube the other day. And saw Chris on there with the Trifuel logo on his suit. How cool huh? Enjoy the upcoming IMWI training. See you in Madison.

ps… 300 was awesome.

Hey Paul….Surprised I peeked in to your world? You gotta remember ME! The old days of FMS or when Matt and I attempted to co-exist…HA HA!! Moving along…This blog site is such a great idea!In fact you’ve inspired me. I’m actually working on my very own book. An 07 resolution along with less beer and more “fun” ways to kick my own ass and staying rock hard or simply “endurance” fit. Love to read more of what you post. Cheers!
