Focus on Posture

Maintain focus on posture and form during your runs. Keep diaphram open and head up.

Drink More Water

Drink more water. I think I'm getting dehydrated. Altitude a little
higher here, may have something to do with it. Don't feel thirsty at
all, but recalling the day's water intake at it's probably a 3rd of
what it should be. Keep full water bottle with me…
